Jessica is a California native currently living in Oakland, CA. To most, she’s Jess. Moving from Southern, CA over 10 years ago she has built a life grounded in creativity, curiosity and collaboration. Studying conceptual arts and her experiences in visual merchandising + styling, she understands the power of a story. She appreciates and finds a way to make a story come to life by understanding the importance of the details and strength in partnerships. Learning how to work in new creative ways and partner with fellow creatives has been a great focus. As a stylist, she has woven together engaging stories for recognized brands such as Old Navy, Banana Republic, and American Giant. She cherishes the relationships she’s built over the years. With an artistic eye and the utmost professionalism, Jess seamlessly pulls together all of the details to create visual narratives that are current, engaging, and appealing to a wide range of audiences.
Outside of styling she spends her time focusing on wellness practices for herself and sharing practices with her local community. Jess is a certified Vinyasa, Restorative yoga instructor, and a Sound Healing practitioner. This expertise has proven valuable on set for clients like Athleta and The North Face, as she collaborates with art directors to ensure accuracy when directing yoga poses that best show product. It has been a focus of hers to share with both communities the power of self connection and well being. She also just likes to chill, that’s pretty important too.
